ABOUT THIS ROLEJoin a 100‑year‑old family‑owned manufacturer that makes custom award ribbons, medals, trophies, rosettes, sashes, and more for customers across the country. As an Assembler, you'll work hands‑on in a clean, temperature‑controlled facility alongside a close‑knit team—putting together products that celebrate real achievements. No prior manufacturing experience is required; we train you from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Assemble custom award products to spec using ribbons and other materials.
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before they ship.
- Follow production instructions and keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Collaborate with your team to hit daily production goals.
- Cross‑train on multiple assembly operations as you grow in the role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good hand dexterity for assembly work.
- Ability to distinguish colors and shades (with or without corrective lenses).
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Quick learner who retains instructions.
- Reliable, consistent attendance.
