Starting Pay: $17.00 / hour

As an Assembler, you'll work hands‑on in a clean, temperature‑controlled facility alongside a close‑knit team—putting together products that celebrate real achievements. No prior manufacturing experience is required; we train you from day one.

• Assemble custom award products to spec using ribbons and other materials.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before they ship.
• Follow production instructions and keep your workspace clean and organized.
• Collaborate with your team to hit daily production goals.
• Cross‑train on multiple assembly operations as you grow in the role.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Good hand dexterity for assembly work.
• Ability to distinguish colors and shades (with or without corrective lenses).
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Quick learner who retains instructions.
• Reliable, consistent attendance.
