Internal AssemblerYou will perform a range of tasks in the production of a transformer, including:
- Reading, understanding and interpreting Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, schematics, work instructions and specifications to complete assignments without (or with limited) supervision.
- Selection and preparation of materials, tools and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
- Obtaining and/or preparing all necessary parts & materials, and performing assigned assembly of appropriate parts.
- Operating cranes and hoist as needed.
- Performing repairs, either inside or outside the tank.
- Training, assisting, and mentoring new team members in assembly.
- Maintaining quality and production records.
- Performing any related tasks as deemed necessary by supervision.
- Ability to work evening or night shift.
- Able to work limited overtime, including Saturdays and/or Sundays, if necessary.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs) and drawings.
- Ability to perform basic mathematics and computations.
- Adhere to assigned schedule.
- Demonstrate proficiency in basic English communications.
- Reside or intend to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Washington, Missouri.
- Have current work authorization for employment within the United States.
- Internal candidates: bid process per Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).

Drug panel includes THC.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
