Texwrap located in Washington, MO is seeking a Machinist to setup and safely operate CNC Machine Center to fabricate quality parts per customer specifications.

Setup machine with proper tooling
Run/adjust programs as necessary to produce quality parts
Verify that parts are machined correctly to the print
Capable of using measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, etc.)Read and interpret blueprints including material gauge and tolerances
Review/follow any specific instructions on job order
Perform first/last article quality check, routing per guidelines and check for burrs
Make sure all jobs are recorded within MRP system and quantities are accurately counted
Place parts neatly with job orders and deliver to next work center
Perform general maintenance of machines
Keep work area clean and orderly
Follow all safety policies within work center
Work to achieve routing times and report to supervisor major discrepancies
Perform additional duties and assignments
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma2 years technical training3-5 years‘ experience
Detail and quality oriented
Good attendance
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Professional communication, attitude and image
May require lifting of parts and/or equipment up to 50 pounds BENEFITS:
