You will perform a range of tasks in the production of a transformer, including:
- Safety
:
Complies with WEG Code of Ethics & Values, 4th Edition , and understands the role is Safety Sensitive with a drug panel including THC. - Quality
:
Can interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs), drawings, and perform basic math. - Work Authorization
:
Holds current work authorization for employment in the U.S. - Shift Flexibility
:
Available for evening or night shifts, and limited over-time, including weekends if necessary. - Location
:
Resides or plans to reside within commuting distance of Washington, Missouri. - Communication
:
Demonstrates proficiency in basic English communications.

High school diploma or equivalent; - Experience
:
Previous manufacturing experience;
