We provide binders and accessories to state and local government bodies as well as presentation products (binders, slipcases, and boxes) for commercial organizations. We do a 15000+ custom orders a year and we are not your typical production facility. We offer a clean, safe and temperature-controlled building. Kofile provides a full complement of records management products and services for state and local governments. Kofile optimizes cost-effective, quality solutions for permanent, historical, and digital assets. Services include preservation, archival products, digital imaging and conversion, indexing, micrographics, and electronic recording, management, and reporting systems.
- Responsible for a glue machine and hand assembly of custom binders
- Sewing materials to create bound books
- Quality control (QC) to ensure customer orders are complete and accurate
- Initial training program and future training in other production processes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent hand eye coordination
- Ability to work with different measuring devices (e.g. rulers)
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours per shift)
- Self-starter and desire to learn new processes
- Interest in long term employment and takes pride in their work
- Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly
- Enjoys hands-on and craft work is ideal
- You have to be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
