Responsibilities
- Operating Hydraulic Presses
- Operating and performing welding duties
- Assembly/Testing of units
- Putting on paint caps
- Other various assembly jobs
- Flexing from one work station is required for continuous throughput
- Able to identify/monitor own work to ensure quality
- Track and enter scrap in MSS
- Able to complete the hour by hour board
- Able to read and understand a traveler
- Cross train and work in other departments
- Train other team members
- Able to work in a team environment
- Supports 5s and safe work practices
- Participate in High Performance Teams
- Stand for a minimum of 8 - 10 hours a day
- Frequent walking, reaching, lifting up to 25 lbs
- Occasionally stoop, bend, lift/move up to 50 lbs
- Able to identify, pick up small parts for assembly/pack product
- Close, distance, peripheral, vision, depth perception, adjust focus
High school diploma or GED, 1
-2 year manufacturing experience, and/or combination of education and experience
