• As a Registered First Nurse Assistant, you are an important part of the operating room team.
• RNFAs are trained to both scrub and circulate.
• Take a hands-on role during surgical procedures to control bleeding, suture incisions, and manage complications.
• Remain calm under pressure and collaborate as part of the operating room team.
