Overview
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position: RN
- Registered Nurse – Cardiac Cath Lab
Status: Full Time (36 hrs/week)
Shift: Days with call
- Must live within 30 minutes of Mercy Hospital Washington
- Critical Care, Cardiac/Tele experience is REQUIRED
As a Cath Lab RN, you’ll use your clinical expertise and the nursing process to provide high‑quality, compassionate care. You’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, ensure patient safety, and uphold the values and mission that define Mercy. This role requires a strong sense of accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to patient confidentiality and rights.
What We’re Looking For Education- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing program.
- Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
- Must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.
- Critical Care, Cardiac/Tele experience is REQUIRED.
- Pushing, pulling, or lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Prolonged standing and walking.
- Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat during patient care tasks.
- BLS through the American Heart Association (or completion within 30 days of hire).
- ACLS or other unit‑specific certifications may be required depending on assignment or must be obtained within department‑designated time frames.
