Overview

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care and maintains professional accountability for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinates patient care with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information while performing duties consistent with Mercy’s mission, values, and Service Standards.

• $20,000 for experienced RNs

High‑paced 35‑bed Cardiac Telemetry unit caring for patients with STEMI, CHF, arrhythmia, BP management, stroke, and post‑cardiac catheterization. Nurse‑to‑patient ratio: 1:4 with PCA support. Culture of communication, accountability, respect, and teamwork.

• Registered Nurse license (state‑specific or compact)
• ACLS and BLS certification (or within 30 days of licensure)
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs
