Responsibilities- Administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes or assisted‑living communities.
- Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families to promote independence and long‑term wellness.
- Deliver personalized, patient‑centered care that is not rushed.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing (RN).
- Current state nursing license (RN) required.
- Must meet ongoing educational requirements.
- Highly organized with strong nursing skills and excellent communication.
