Seeking a part‑time Registered Nurse (RN) for a fast‑paced Surgical & Orthopedic Care Unit.
Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care under supervision, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities Include- Coordinating patient care in collaboration with other departments
- Providing safe, compassionate, and efficient care to a diverse patient population with medical and post‑operative cases such as orthopedic surgeries, general surgeries, and specialized conditions
- Maintaining a nurse‑to‑patient ratio of 1:6 supported by skilled Patient Care Associates
- Graduate of an accredited RN program with an active RN license
- Certifications in ACLS and BLS (or within 30 days of hire), along with any unit‑specific certifications
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, kneel, and twist throughout shifts
- Clinical expertise, dedication, teamwork, empathy, and strong collaboration
- Commitment to continuous learning and patient‑centered care
