Overview
Join a dedicated nursing team in a 30-bed Med/Surg unit, providing comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
Responsibilities- Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with departments to maintain patient rights and adhere to organizational standards.
- Deliver safe, effective care to diverse patient populations (GI, Oncology, Post-Op, COPD, wound care).
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios and support from Patient Care Associates.
- Active RN licensure
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Physical ability to lift and stand for extended periods
- Graduation from an accredited RN program and meeting state licensing requirements
