Role
Registered Nurse in the Surgical & Orthopedic Care Unit, providing patient care using the nursing process. Responsible for evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with departments, maintaining patient rights, and ensuring confidentiality, all aligned with mission and standards.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe, compassionate care to diverse surgical and orthopedic patients, support a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6, and collaborate with skilled team members to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain compliance with licensure, certifications, and physical requirements.
QualificationsGraduate of an accredited RN program, active RN license, and certifications in ACLS and BLS. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending or kneeling as needed.
