Join a dedicated Labor & Delivery team as a Registered Nurse, providing comprehensive patient care in a high-performing unit.
Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process to deliver care, evaluating care effectiveness, coordinating with departments, and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license (state or compact)
- Preferred experience in L&D or Mother/Baby
- BLS certification (or within 30 days of hire)
- Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. and perform prolonged standing/walking
- Provide compassionate care in labor, delivery, postpartum, and surgical recovery
- Support routine and high-risk maternity cases, including C-sections
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a Level II Special Care Nursery
- Participate in cross-training across unit areas
- Sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for experienced RNs
