Responsibilities:Coordinate patient care with other departments, maintain professional accountability, and support a team of patient care techs, paramedics, and support staff.
Qualifications & Skills:Current RN or compact license, ability to lift 50 lbs, certifications in ACLS and BLS (or within 30 days), and unit-specific certifications.
Key Duties:Manage a 26-bed ED serving 24/7, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4, and contribute to a motivated, team-oriented environment.
