Registered Nurse (RN), New Grad, Medical ICU, Night Shift, Full-Time

Utilizes the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patients care in conjunction with other departments. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice, the goals of Mercy Health System, the Philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the State Nurse Practice Act, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics, and the Co-Worker Code of Conduct.

Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

• ~ 5.00/hr for RNs without ICU experience
• ~+ $7.50/hr for RNs with ICU experience

• Emergency Department

• Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements)
• Experience:
  
  1+ year RN experience preferred
• Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts
