Join our team as an RN in the Emergency Department, providing patient care using the nursing process while maintaining professional accountability, patient rights, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities Include- Coordinating patient care in collaboration with other departments
- Evaluating care effectiveness and supporting team members
- Maintaining adherence to mission, values, and standards
- Providing care in a 26-bed ED serving the community 24/7
- Supporting a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 with multidisciplinary team backup
- Current RN or compact license
- Ability to lift/pull/push 50 lbs regularly
- Certifications:
ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), and unit-specific ones
- Deliver high-quality emergency care
- Collaborate with team members and support staff
- Maintain patient confidentiality and rights
