LPN - Regional Float Pool - Full Time - Night

Role

The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) in the Regional Float Pool provides individualized nursing care to adult and geriatric patients across multiple facilities, utilizing theoretical knowledge for decision-making.

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care;
• Float between designated hospitals and units such as Med/Surg, ICU, ED, and more;
• Work collaboratively with diverse teams;
• Adapt to dynamic environments;
• Maintain licensure and certifications;
• Perform physical tasks including patient mobility and lifting.

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program;
• Current LPN license;
• Minimum one year of recent bedside LPN experience (two for critical care and specialized units);
• Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS (depending on unit), and IV certification;
• Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds;
• Experience with Epic system preferred.
