RN - Medical Surgical Nights

Role:

Registered Nurse (RN) in a Med/Surg unit, utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care, evaluate care effectiveness, and coordinate with other departments.

• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality, maintain professional accountability, and perform duties aligned with mission and standards.
• Support team collaboration and deliver quality care to diverse patient conditions including GI, Oncology, post-op recovery, COPD, pneumonia, UTI, dehydration, and wound care.

• Assess patient needs, administer treatments, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with patient care associates.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to safety protocols.

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Active RN license.
• Certifications in BLS and ACLS.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must meet state nursing requirements.

• Unit-specific certifications with timelines for completion.
