Role:
The Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN) assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates individualized nursing care for adult/geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical concepts and adhering to nursing standards.
Responsibilities:Float across multiple hospital facilities within the regional pool, providing care in diverse units such as Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more. Build clinical assessment and communication skills, collaborate with varied teams, and adapt to dynamic environments.
Qualifications & Skills:Graduate of an accredited LPN program, current licensure, and recent bedside experience (minimum one year for Med/Surg, two years for critical care). Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and IV certification. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
