Mercy is seeking a compassionate LPN or RN to join the McAuley Clinic team. You will deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with providers and care teams, and ensure patient rights and confidentiality in a fast-paced ambulatory setting.
You'll perform assessments, administer medications, document in the EMR, and participate in care coordination, quality improvement, and staff mentorship as needed.
