Role:

Registered Nurse (RN) in Pain Therapy

• Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Performing comprehensive physical, psychosocial, and spiritual assessments.
• Monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to pain management.
• Providing education to patients and families about treatment plans and discharge instructions.
• Collaborating with physicians, therapists, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care and coordinate referrals and follow-up services.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and communicating patient progress effectively.
• Adhering to safety standards, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Supporting team workflow, serving as a resource, and demonstrating professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

• Current RN license or temporary permit.
• CPR certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Preferred experience in pain management or related specialty settings.
