We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a fast-paced, 30-bed Surgical & Orthopedic Care Unit
.
- utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient care
- evaluating care effectiveness
- coordinating with other departments
- maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- providing compassionate, safe, and efficient care for diverse cases such as orthopedic surgeries, general surgeries, bariatric procedures, and critical conditions like sepsis
- the nurse-to-patient ratio is 1:6, supported by skilled Patient Care Associates
- accredited RN program graduate
- active RN license
- certifications in ACLS and BLS
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing is required
