Join a dynamic Regional Float Pool as a Registered Nurse, providing individualized adult/geriatric care across multiple hospitals within a regional footprint.
Responsibilities Include- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care based on nursing standards
- Collaborating with diverse care teams and adapting to various units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU
- Serving at least three assigned facilities within the region
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
- Current RN license in the state or compact license
- Minimum of one year recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg; two years for specialty units
- Certifications:
BLS required; ACLS for critical care - Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and turn patients up to 50 pounds
Providing high-quality patient care, supporting diverse units, and maintaining licensure and certifications.
Skills requiredCritical thinking, clinical assessment, adaptability, teamwork, and physical stamina.
