Seeking experienced registered nurses for a full-time Emergency Department role.
Responsibilities Include
- Utilizing the nursing process to provide comprehensive patient care
- Evaluating care effectiveness provided by team members
- Coordinating patient care with other departments
- Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality
- Supporting a 26-bed ED serving the community 24/7, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
- Working alongside patient care techs, paramedics, and support staff
- Current RN or compact license
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs regularly
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days), and unit-specific standards
- Sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for experienced nurses
- Shift differentials, including a weekend option at $20/hour
- Day-one medical, dental, and vision coverage
- Education assistance and tuition reimbursement

- Stay Premium Program earning up to $8/hour extra based on service
