Stocking associates are focused on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom. Associates must be able to lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Operation of heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

Ensure customers can find all items on their shopping list by moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, and stocking shelves. Depending on the shift, tasks may include unloading trucks in the summer, filling ice cream in the freezer, and hand‑shopping customers as needed.

• Unload trucks.

• Greet customers and answer their questions.

• Must be able to lift >50 pounds.
• Ability to operate forklifts or other heavy machinery preferred.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude toward customers and co‑workers.
• Reliability, flexibility to work various shifts, and willingness to use physical labor as required.
