Your Focus:- Ingredient Solutions: Engage with existing leads and prospect new leads to offer our portfolio of ingredient solutions focusing on:
- Proprietary Plant and Dairy Protein Blend and Ingredients
- Flavors and Natural Colors
- Fibers
- Manage and grow accounts within the specialty ingredient sector
- Prospect new accounts for specialty ingredients
- Develop strong customer partnerships and provide value-added solutions.
- Work closely with technical and R&D teams to provide solutions tailored to customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Establish a deep understanding of specialty ingredients and proprietary blends
- 3+ years of sales experience in flavors, specialty ingredients or related food ingredients
- Proven ability to build customer relationships and close business
- Proven ability to prospect new business
- Strong understanding of the food industry and trends, flavor sales a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
