- Reliable vehicle
- Proof of liability insurance
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
- Give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
- Perform basic arithmetic (add, subtract, multiply, and divide) accurately and quickly, using a calculator if necessary.
- Make correct monetary change.
- Demonstrate motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
- Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Deliver product by car to the customer’s door, deliver flyers and/or door hangers, and navigate within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and private homes.
CROUCHING/SQUATTING:
Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.
REACHING:
Workers reach continuously up, down and forward; for example above 72 inches to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on a sign, lift and lower objects to and from shelves, scoop cornmeal from a plastic barrel, wash dishes, or answer phones.
HAND TASKS:
Eye‑hand coordination is essential. Use of hands is continuous during the day; activities require one or both hands. Shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists, manipulating a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven, using a rolling cutter, and pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes. Team members must be able to grasp cans, the phone, the pizza cutter, the pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
