Starting Pay: $20.00 / hour

Hodges Badge Company has been making award ribbons, medals, trophies, and recognition products for over 100 years. As a Warehouse Associate / Materials Handler, you’re the backbone of our production floor — keeping raw materials flowing so our manufacturing team can do their best work. You’ll work in a clean, temperature‑controlled facility with a team that takes pride in what they build together.

Full‑Time

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Overtime available based on business needs

• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and quality
• Store materials in designated locations and maintain organized inventory
• Assist with inventory counts and report any discrepancies

• Retrieve and deliver materials to production departments throughout the facility
• Accurately track materials issued to manufacturing
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Support rush orders and priority production needs

• Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance issues
• Participate in team meetings and training programs

• Warehouse or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift certified, or willing to become certified
• Valid driver’s license required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and operate pallet equipment safely
