Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience

Listen to customer concerns and recommend appropriate maintenance and repairs

Prepare repair orders and service estimates and more.

• $75,000 - $100,000+ annual income(base salary + commission)

• Welcome customers and provide an exceptional service experience

• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians and the parts department to ensure timely repairs
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business

• Service Advisor experience preferred
• Automotive sales, RV, marine, powersports, or other customer-facing sales experience encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
