We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and experienced EOS Integrator. This role will manage the ongoing stewardship and optimization of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). The Integrator will work in close partnership with the senior leadership team to drive clarity, focus, and traction throughout the organization. We are open to either a part‑time or full‑time commitment.

• 10+ years of executive experience in high‑growth SaaS, software, or technology‑driven companies, with at least 5+ years in EOS Integrator capacity.
• Deep familiarity with the EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) model and tools; prior implementation experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional skills in communication and documentation of EOS processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

• Base Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Incentive Compensation:
  Performance‑based bonuses and/or equity.

We are currently inviting residents of Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.

Salary Range: $150,000 – $250,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise. This figure represents our good‑faith and reasonable estimate of the potential salary for this role. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. We may offer a salary outside this range to an exceptional candidate.
