Job Title
Partner with product managers and cross-functional agile teams (engineering, design, QA, data science, external vendor)
Author highly detailed epics (very granular—often user-story level) including business rationale, problem statements, requirements, success metrics, acceptance criteria
Create and/or review user stories authored by external vendor to ensure alignment and quality
Define non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, etc.)
Support UI/UX design by reviewing and guiding Figma prototypes from a user-centric perspective
Participate in full SDLC lifecycle: sprint planning, backlog grooming, release cycles, UAT support for large initiatives, bug triage and resolution
Assist with project coordination to ensure timely delivery of features and milestones
Conduct market/country-level assessments for global rollout readiness
Support product evolution decisions (feature viability, adoption, cost vs. value)
Collaborate on data and AI initiatives, including GenAI capabilities
Work through complex vendor dynamics and push back when needed on technical delivery
