Summer Camp 2026 – Lifeguard & Swim Instructor
Location: Various Apple Montessori locations (Mahwah, Oakland, and Paramus, NJ)
We are currently accepting applications for our program and will begin interviewing starting in April 2026. At Apple Montessori Schools, a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor is more than just a summer job; it’s an opportunity to build confidence, teach life‑saving skills, and create joyful, memorable experiences for young children.
In this role, you’ll be a key part of our summer camp program by ensuring pool safety while leading fun, developmentally appropriate swim lessons. With a Monday‑through‑Friday schedule and no nights or weekends, you’ll enjoy a strong work‑life balance while making a meaningful impact each day. When swim activities are paused due to weather, Lifeguard/Swim Instructors support our classrooms, helping create a positive learning environment indoors.
Your role may shift, but your impact remains just as important, rain or shine.
