Volunteers for an after school programme @ PPR Lembah Subang 1
A safe, supporting and learning space for unsupervised and at‑risk children and teens to meaningfully and productively spend time outside school hours while parents work.
We need volunteers who can guide students on school homework, read with children through the literacy programme, or provide tuition help for those struggling academically.
SHELTER Home for Children, established in June 1981, rescues and shelters children who were abandoned, neglected, abused and at‑risk. Beyond the residential homes, SHELTER Community Services work with the disadvantaged community to provide education, food and family care.
Our mission is “Giving children at risk a childhood and future by protecting, guiding and healing them and by building loving families and strong communities.” We believe in proactive action to develop social awareness programmes and community‑based projects, making SHELTER a credible voice in advocating for positive societal changes.
