Adjunct Instructor - Boat Manufacture and Service

Adjunct faculty position teaching courses in Boat Building and/or Boat Manufacture and Service.

Minimum Qualifications:

Hands-on experience in boat repair, maintenance, and marine systems (e.g., engines, fiberglass, electrical, hull repair). 3+ years of professional experience in the marine industry or a related trade.

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma in Boat Building or Boat Manufacture and Service or closely related field of study from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. Ability to create lesson plans, communicate clearly and instruct safe work habits.

Essential Duties:
Ensure quality instruction for all courses taught in the areas of Boat Building and Boat Manufacture and Service. Maintain accurate record keeping for all courses. Interact with students, the public, the community, and co-workers in a cooperative, courteous and professional manner. Comply with the college's policies and procedures.
