Job Description

Position Summary

Plan, implement, supervise, and monitor exercise prescription and progression in groups and one on one. Educate, motivate, monitor and assist customers/patients to assure safety and a positive experience. Cultivate a customer/patient and family centered approach by including goals and wishes of the participant/patient in the exercise programming/prescription. May serve as team leader for specialty program of expertise.

Minimum Requirements

* Master's degree in Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology, or an equivalent field is required.

* 0 to 3 years of experience required.

* ACSM certification required. Achievement of the Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) certification is something the candidate must achieve within 6 months of hire.

* Current BLS certification.

Pay Range

$21.10 - $30.76

The 142-bed full-service hospital is located in Washington and has earned national designation as a Primary Stroke Center.
