Operate Form Fill Seal medical packaging machines on a 12-hour night shift;
Changeover tooling for each product and setup printers for labeling and date codes;
Maintain production quality to meet daily goals and minimize scrap;
Troubleshoot equipment issues to reduce downtime;
Assist in other areas as needed to support production workflow
