• Provide hands‑on care including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Assist residents with mobility, meals, and daily routines.

• Full‑time, Part‑time, and PRN opportunities available.
• Every other weekend rotation required.
