LPN – Long Term Care
Seven Healthcare are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC) for an exciting opportunity in Washington, NC. This position offers a 5x8s evening shift schedule with weekly pay of $1,320.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN – LTC
- Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort measures
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and support staff to deliver quality care
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations
Requirements of the LPN – LTC
- Active LPN license in North Carolina (or compact license if applicable)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum 1 year of LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
