Seven Healthcare are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC) for an exciting opportunity in Washington, NC. This position offers a 5x8s day shift schedule with weekly pay of $1,320.

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort measures
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and support staff to deliver quality care
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and healthcare regulations

• Active LPN license in North Carolina (or compact license if applicable)
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
