Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position is critical for providing high-quality care to patients within a geriatric setting during evening shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
• Monitor patient's health conditions, reporting any changes to the supervisory nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and safety of all patients.
• Contribute to patient care planning and evaluation.

Requirements:

• Active North Carolina LPN license.
• Minimum of 12 months of recent LPN experience.
• Ability to work evening shifts from 3 PM to 11 PM.
• Willingness to work every other weekend.
• Availability to work during holidays as needed.

Orientation will be conducted during the first few hours of the first shift.
