Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The successful candidate will perform essential nursing duties in a facility setting, contributing to the care and well-being of residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
• Observe and report changes in patient conditions and responses to treatments.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
• Assist in the training and supervision of nursing assistants and other support staff.
• Promote a safe and compassionate environment for residents and their families.

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 12 months of recent LPN experience.

Licensure and Certification:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.

Work Schedule:

• Evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Every other weekend is required.
• Possible holiday shifts as needed.

Orientation:

Orientation will be conducted for the first couple of hours on the first shift.
