• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses per plan and facility policy
• Perform nursing assessments, document findings, and report changes to the supervising RN
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide compassionate nursing care
• Provide wound care and routine clinical tasks within your scope of practice
• Document care in the electronic health record and communicate with the interdisciplinary team
• Collaborate with CNAs and other staff to ensure safe resident care and accurate handoffs

• Active North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Minimum 12 months of recent LPN experience
• Ability to work 8-hour evening shifts in a long-term care setting
• Orientation provided at the start of the assignment; credentials due 10/10/2026 or ASAP
• Availability for every other weekend and holiday coverage as needed
