At Ridgewood Rehabilitation and Living Center, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming environment for our residents. Our Dining Services team plays a key role in that experience. We're currently looking for a compassionate and dependable Dining Services Aide to help serve meals, support our kitchen team, and make every mealtime a positive one.

• Set up dining rooms before meals and clean up afterward
• Serve meals to residents in a timely and friendly manner
• Assist in plating and portioning food according to dietary guidelines
• Ensure sanitation standards are met in dining and kitchen areas
• Help transport meal trays and supplies as needed
• Communicate with residents and staff to ensure satisfaction with meals
• Follow infection control and safety protocols

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous experience in food service or healthcare is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with the elderly
• Willingness to learn and follow dietary guidelines and procedures
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
