We are actively searching for a skilled and experienced CRNA to join our team and provide long-term support for our surgical services department.   • Advanced Technology: Utilize the EPIC electronic medical records system to ensure efficient documentation and communication.

What You'll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments for adult and pediatric patients, collaborating with surgeons and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized anesthesia plans.
  • Administer a variety of anesthesia techniques, including general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care (MAC), to ensure patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
  • Monitor vital signs, manage pain, and respond to intraoperative emergencies to maintain patient well-being throughout the surgical process.
  • Provide post-anesthetic care and recovery support, ensuring a smooth transition for patients following surgery.
  • Collaborate effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other surgical team members to promote patient safety and a positive surgical experience.
  • Document all patient interactions, assessments, anesthesia care plans, and interventions thoroughly and efficiently within the EPIC electronic medical records system.

Who You Are:

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a specialization in Nurse Anesthesia (required).
  • Current and active license to practice in Washington (only).
  • National Certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) (required).
  • Current ACLS certification (required).
  • A commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered anesthesia care in a collaborative and team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills to work effectively with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills to ensure patient safety and respond effectively to intraoperative emergencies.
