Location: Ravensdale

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Practice to join a community health center near Ravensdale, WA. This locum tenens opportunity offers a fulfilling role within a supportive team, focusing on providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Position Details:

Start Date:

As soon as credentialed Duration: 3 months, with the possibility of extension

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM 40 hours per week, 8-hour workday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch No on-call responsibilities Practice Setting:

Community Health Center Patient Population:
All age groups, from newborns to geriatrics Procedures:
Basic outpatient procedures including injections, IUD placements, and minor wound care Providers must be comfortable working with vulnerable populations, including migrants and refugees Onsite interpretative services available Requirements:
Licenses and

Certifications:

Active Washington state license DEA certification for WA BLS and ACLS certifications required DOT certification preferred

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner Recent face-to-face patient care within the past year Familiarity with community health settings preferred

Skills:

Ability to manage a high patient volume (up to 18 patients per day) Proficiency with EPIC EMR system Strong interpersonal skills, particularly in fast-paced environments Additional Information:

Dedicated medical assistant, receptionists, mental health therapists, dietitians, and pediatricians onsite Travel Logistics:
Flight, rental car, or mileage, and lodging provided Credentialing Timeframe: 2-3 weeks Vaccination Requirements: COVID-19 and flu vaccinations required Compensation:
