Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Washington (or application in progress) Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or equivalent (for NPs) or Physician Assistant (PA) certification required Minimum 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care setting preferred Experience in a post-acute care setting a plus, but not required
