As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide individualized, hands‑on care to patients while working alongside a supportive interdisciplinary team.

What You Will Do
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, mobility, and nutrition
  • Support patient comfort, hygiene, and overall well‑being
  • Monitor and document vital signs, intake and output, and changes in condition
  • Follow and implement patient care plans in collaboration with licensed nursing staff
  • Assist with positioning, ambulation, and use of assistive devices
  • Provide emotional support to patients and families
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
  • Support care across multiple units including inpatient, emergency room, and outpatient as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high‑quality patient care

What We Are Looking For
  • Current Washington State Certified Nursing Assistant or Nursing Assistant Registered with ability to obtain certification within three months
  • Current Basic Life Support certification
  • Compassionate, patient‑centered mindset
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
  • Comfort working across multiple patient care settings
  • Part‑time position
  • May include varied shifts depending on patient needs
