Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of residents within theExtended
Care unit. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the patients between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by Nursing and other supportive staff members, participates inpatient and family teaching.
Maintains role aspatient advocate with a focus on resident’s maintaining their highest practicable level of functioning.
Able to communicate orally and in English- additional languages preferred. Basic computer literacy required. Graduate of Nursing Program. Current Washington State Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical License.
Extended Care experienced preferred.
R.N. $41.20-$75.62/hour LPN $35.27-$57.73 + 15% in lieu of benefits
