Double Weekend Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Position: LPN for med carts

Shift: Double Weekend Pay Range: $31.50 to 39.17 HR DOE

Parkside Care, 308 W. Emma St., Union Gap, WA 98903 Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administer, observe, and record medication, treatments, vital signs, symptoms, and general condition of patient
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

• Current and Valid LPN license
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
• Physical strength and stamina
• First aid and CPR certifications
